I thought HUD financing could only be used for affordable or public housing?

HUD financing can be used to develop luxury, Class A assets using loan insurance through the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

What are the basics of a 1031 exchange?

A powerful investment tool where a property of equal or greater value can be exchanged for another like-kind property.

What is an UPREIT?

UPREIT (Umbrella Partnership Real Estate Investment Trust) or more commonly known as a 721 Exchange is a unique transaction structure that allows property owners to exchange their property for share ownership in the REIT.

Am I getting a 1099 or K-1 and when will I receive those tax documents?

A 1099-DIV is sent to investors who receive distributions from any type of investment during a calendar year. 1099 -DIV are targeted for delivery by January 31st.  A Schedule K-1 reports each partner’s share of the partnership’s earnings, losses, deductions, and credits. K-1s are targeted for delivery by March 31st. You will receive a communication if these delivery dates will be extended.

What is your redemption process?

Our fund has a quarterly redemption window after a 12-month hold, where stockholders are able to request that we repurchase all or a portion of their shares. We will repurchase shares at a repurchase price equal to the current share price on the repurchase date. In addition, the aggregate repurchases of Shares pursuant to our SRP will be limited to no more than 5.0% of our aggregate NAV per calendar quarter. Accepted repurchase request will be paid out within 10 business days after quarter end. Please refer to the Private Placement Memorandum for more information.  

How can I update my contact and account information?

Login HERE 

Click the setting wheel in top right-hand corner, select ‘Settings”  

Under “Profile”, you can update email address and password.  

Under “Investment Accounts” select the account you want to edit and click the green “Actions” box. Here you can edit payment and mailing address 

Where can I find the current value of my account?

Login HERE 

Click the “investments” tab at the top 

Click into the investment you want to the value for 

In the “Details” box, you will see the account value listed, along with capital activity and distributions 

How can I enroll in DRIP?

To enroll in DRIP, please complete the distribution change form and return to either the address listed on the form or email to investor@bonaventure.com. Changes for the current month’s distribution must be submitted before the 13th.
