Seth brings more than 20 years of experience to the role and is responsible for growing Bonaventure’s acquisition and third-party management business. Kalinsky has served in various industry positions at Bainbridge, Grady Management and Equity Residential.
Maegan Cocoran • Regional Property Manager • Bonaventure • Alexandria, Va. | Maegan Corcoran joined Bonaventure as Regional Property Manager to oversee properties in northern Virginia. She has over 15 years of experience working with leading multifamily organizations.
Chris Heywood • Regional Property Manager • Bonaventure • Alexandria, Va. | Chris Heywood joined Bonaventure as Regional Property Manager to oversee the Richmond and Fredericksburg properties. He previously worked for Peak Living and has over 13 years of experience working with new construction, conventional, tax credit and value-add assets.
