Bonaventure was featured in Multifamily & Affordable Housing Business in an article highlighting the groundbreaking of Attain at Greenbrier, a $74.5 million multifamily development in Chesapeake, Virginia.
The article notes that the 268-unit community is located in Chesapeake’s Greenbrier submarket and is part of Bonaventure’s Attain portfolio. Delivery is slated for late 2027.
Multifamily & Affordable Housing Business also highlights that the site was previously home to a commercial call center before Bonaventure acquired and rezoned it in 2022.
Attain at Greenbrier will consist of three four-story buildings with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes averaging 1,037 square feet.
