Bonaventure Featured in Connect CRE on Fully Subscribed Multifamily DST Offerings
Bonaventure was featured in Connect CRE in an article highlighting the full subscription and closing of two Delaware Statutory Trust offerings backed by multifamily communities in Virginia.
The article notes that Bonaventure raised more than $54 million in total equity from 86 investors across Promenade Pointe, a 183-unit waterfront multifamily community in Norfolk, Virginia, and Messenger Place, a 94-unit multifamily community in downtown Manassas, Virginia.
Promenade Pointe was developed by Bonaventure and has remained under the firm’s ownership and management since stabilization. Messenger Place is a Class A multifamily community located in downtown Manassas and was acquired by Bonaventure in 2021.
Together, the offerings reflect Bonaventure’s continued focus on providing tax-efficient multifamily investment structures backed by institutional-quality real estate, experienced ownership and long-term operating discipline.
