Bonaventure was featured in citybiz in an article highlighting the groundbreaking of Attain at Greenbrier, a new $74.5 million Class A multifamily community in Chesapeake, Virginia.
The article notes that the 268-unit development will be located at 1553 River Birch Run in Chesapeake’s Greenbrier submarket and is scheduled for delivery in late 2027. The project will transform a former commercial call center site into new residential housing after Bonaventure acquired and rezoned the property in 2022 to support growing housing demand in the area.

The project team includes Marlyn Development Corporation as general contractor, RBA as architect, Timmons Group as civil engineer and Vest Residential, a Bonaventure affiliate, as property manager.
