Multifamily Executive recently featured Bonaventure’s continued expansion in Virginia’s Hampton Roads region, highlighting two new Class A multifamily developments: Attain at Newtown in Norfolk and Attain at Greenbrier in Chesapeake.
The two communities will add a combined 588 residences to Bonaventure’s growing Attain portfolio. The $85.3 million Attain at Newtown development will include 320 apartments and is expected to begin welcoming residents in fall 2027. Attain at Greenbrier will bring another 268 apartments to the region, with delivery expected in late 2027.
Both developments reflect Bonaventure’s long-term investment approach and commitment to creating thoughtfully designed communities that provide elevated amenities and finishes at more attainable price points.
