Overview
Bonaventure Development capped off 2025 with meaningful community engagement and charitable activities in Prince William County and the Woodbridge District. The team collected more than 100 toys in support of the Toys for Tots drive to bring holiday joy to local families and children. Alongside this effort, Bonaventure participated in neighborhood initiatives including a River Oaks Trunk-or-Treat event and a cleanup along Route 1 to help keep public spaces safe and welcoming. These efforts reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening neighborhoods and making a positive impact in the communities where it builds and owns apartment homes.
