Bonaventure Begins Pre-Leasing Virginia Apartments

Bonaventure has begun the pre-leasing stage of Palmer’s Creek, a new garden-style apartment community. The 200-unit property at 9038 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Fredericksburg, Va., is situated off Route 1 in Spotsylvania County.
The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes extend in size from 707 to 1,326 square feet. Features and finishes include stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, wood-style plank flooring, espresso wood cabinetry and garden tubs.
A community clubhouse featuring a combination of Scandinavian and farmhouse-inspired design elements is among the common-area amenities.
“We are delighted to provide a brand new living option for the Fredericksburg area,” Valecia Suser, Bonaventure vice president of property management, told Multi-Housing News. “With the low home inventory, we believe the apartments at Palmer’s Creek will be in high demand. The community offers well-appointed interiors and a full suite of amenities designed to meet the needs of any lifestyle.”
