Jeremy Moss is responsible for the development and implementation of rezoning and entitlements strategy for all Bonaventure real estate development projects. Jeremy’s responsibilities involve far more than just an understanding of the law, such as mastery of the technical requirements of a rezoning application and the ability to advocate on behalf of a proposed project. Jeremy oversees an integrated entitlements approach rooted in the culture and principles of Bonaventure: Growth, Attitude, Collaboration, Impact, Accountability, and Reputation. He is an AV Preeminent rated lawyer, the youngest Fellow inducted into the College of Community Association Lawyers, a two-time published author, and a Virginia and DC Super Lawyers nine-time Rising Star, among many other accolades. Jeremy serves on the Potomac Yard Design Advisory Committee, the Director of the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia, a House Captain for Rebuilding Together DC-Alexandria, and began Intercede; a nonprofit that empowers individuals to fight the opioid crisis.
